We’re excited to introduce two experienced leaders who are here to support your properties and keep your landscapes performing at their best.

Deangelo Oliver

Born and raised in North Mississippi, Deangelo brings more than 15 years of hands-on experience to Charter Vista Landscaping. He started with CVL as a crew leader and quickly built a reputation for strong leadership, reliability, and attention to detail. In spring 2024, he was promoted to Account Manager and now oversees Midtown Memphis, Downtown Memphis, North Mississippi, and all CVL commercial clients.
Outside of work, you’ll find Deangelo on the basketball court or cheering on the Dallas Cowboys.

Dr. Mark Nash

Originally from Starkville, Mississippi, Dr. Nash has dedicated his career to horticulture and landscape management. He earned his undergraduate degree from Mississippi State University, his master’s from Clemson University, and his PhD from the University of Georgia. His career includes serving as a statewide Nursery Extension Specialist with the University of Tennessee and nearly 31 years with Richway Landscaping as Landscape Maintenance Manager and Horticulturist. Dr. Nash joined the CVL team in October 2025 and manages our East Memphis, Germantown, Collierville, and Eads customers.
